The Service Charter, prepared based on the “Directive for the adoption of the Highway Service Charter” of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport no. 102 of February 19, 2009, and the “Operational Instructions” of ANAS of January 29, 2010, is a valuable tool that clearly and thoroughly describes to people who daily travel on our road section the activities carried out and the objectives promoted by RAV to allow users a journey that is increasingly comfortable, safe, and informed.
It represents a way to convey the commitment of the men and women who work daily for RAV, thus constituting the missing segment for the complete interconnection of the Italian highway network with that of Northwestern Europe, serving as a link between the city of Aosta and the Mont Blanc Tunnel.
