Every day we strive to provide answers to requests that come to the company.<br>If you have traveled on sections managed by Raccordo Autostradale Valle D&#8217;Aosta and want to file a complaint, you must enter the following mandatory data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>user identification references<\/strong>(name, surname, contact details) and of any representative, attaching in this case the delegation and an identity document of the user;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>identifying references of the journey made (entry point, exit point, date and time slot of passage, vehicle license plate);<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>a copy of the toll payment receipt<\/strong>\u00a0or the number of the electronic toll device with which the transit was made;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the description of the service disruption detected.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the case of complaints lacking one of the elements, you will be notified of the inadmissibility of the complaint and the possibility of resubmitting it complete.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\r\n    <details\r\n        class=\"mapo-blocks-collapse mb-4 mb-lg-5 mapo-blocks-collapse--standard\"\r\n                        data-mapo-blocks\r\n    >\r\n        <summary>\r\n            <h4 class=\"mapo-blocks-collapse__title \">\r\n                HOW TO SEND A COMPLAINT            <\/h4>\r\n\r\n                    <\/summary>\r\n\r\n        <div class=\"mapo-blocks-collapse__description text-primary\">\r\n            <p>For the correct management of the complaint, it is necessary to use the dedicated submission channel. If the channel used for the submission is not correct, it will not be possible to activate the complaint process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravspa.it\/en\/contacts\/complaints-and-compensations\/complaints-request\">Via Web Form<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 PEC<\/strong><br \/>\nOnly for events relating to material damage suffered by vehicles involving the highway infrastructure (so-called accidents), the complaint must be sent exclusively via certified email (PEC) to the address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ravspa@pec.ravspa.it\">ravspa@pec.ravspa.it<\/a><br \/>\nBelow are some examples of vehicle damage caused by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>impact<\/strong>\u00a0with the toll lane barrier;<\/li>\n<li><strong>pothole or deterioration<\/strong>\u00a0of the highway surface;<\/li>\n<li><strong>falling objects<\/strong>\u00a0detached from highway structures;<\/li>\n<li><strong>hitting animals or objects<\/strong>\u00a0not promptly removed from the highway network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Paper registered mail:<\/strong>\u00a0for all types of complaints or accidents, a registered letter can be sent to: Raccordo Autostradale Valle d&#8217;Aosta SpA &#8211; Localit\u00e0 Les lles &#8211; 11010 St Pierre, Aosta (indicating on the envelope \u00abSubject: COMPLAINT\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>All the mandatory data listed above are necessary to start the complaint procedure.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <!-- CTA -->\r\n            <\/details>\r\n\n\n\r\n    <details\r\n        class=\"mapo-blocks-collapse mb-4 mb-lg-5 mapo-blocks-collapse--standard\"\r\n                        data-mapo-blocks\r\n    >\r\n        <summary>\r\n            <h4 class=\"mapo-blocks-collapse__title \">\r\n                COMPENSATIONS            <\/h4>\r\n\r\n                    <\/summary>\r\n\r\n        <div class=\"mapo-blocks-collapse__description text-primary\">\r\n            <p>RAV is committed to responding as quickly as possible after carefully examining your request.
